Employers will receive sometimes thousands of resumes. How do you grab their attention with your resume? I'm Gloria Campbell with Advances Training Systems in St. Petersburg, Florida, giving you some ideas on how to grab that employer's attention. One of the best things to do to grab their attention is your objective statement. The objective statement really should not be something that you had on there for the last ten year or something you took off of someone else's resume. Make it your own. Talk about you as an individual.
I am a top Flight Mid-Manager looking for a company or a position that I can use this, this and this skill. You might also mention a particular job or a particular aspect of a company that you know about and place that in your particular objective statement. Make sure that you don't give the interviewer any reason not to look at your resume. That it is well-put together, that you proofread it, there are no mistakes that are in there grammatically or otherwise.
And also, make sure that you are sending it to the right person. I'm Gloria Campbell with Advances Training Systems giving you some ideas on how to grab the attention of your future employer with your resume.
